· Itinerary -  Baltic States  -  Golf Tour

Day one: Arriving Tallinn
Flight to the capital of Estonia - Tallinn, a city that is in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1997, because of the well preserved Medieval Old Town of Tallinn. Even we have entered the 21st century, you can still see the old streets, residential buildings, churches, squares and the city wall with remarkable towers. In history Tallinn was the link between different parts of Europe, the northeastern crossroad.
At the airport you will meet your travel guide who takes you to the restaurant. You will have dinner at the restaurant Egoist, which is one of the most exclusive restaurants in Tallinn, at your arrival there is a valet to take you to your table. The restaurant has 4 dining areas, all flourishing in a classy way. You will enjoy the royal treatment and carefully prepared gourmet delicacies.

Day two: Tallinn tour, Estonian Country & Golf Club
After breakfast there will be a tour in the Old Town of Tallinn. The capital city unites the Medieval tranquility and the atmosphere of a modern city. Medieval town is bustling with merchants, souvenir shops and markets, galleries, outdoor cafes and restaurants. During the tour you will visit Medieval city wall and the Toompea castle, Dome church, St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral and the city hall.
In the afternoon we will go to Jõelähtme Estonian Golf & Country Club, which is a 30 km short trip from Tallinn. This golf club is located at the seaside and is bordered with forests on the other side. There are two courses: 18 hole Sea Course and 9 hole Stone Course. The Sea Course in the forests reaches the sea and the Jägala River. In 2009 the European preselection match of the World Cup was held in Jõelähtme Golf Club.

Day three: Tallinn-Riga, Riga tour
Riga has more than 800 years of history. It is located on the coast of the Baltic Sea on the river Daugava. Riga is also called the “heart of the Baltic Sea”. We will visit the Freedom Square, that separates the old and new Riga and is the most eye-catching memorial architecture in the city, every day there are guards at the square and on certain times you can see and enjoy the change of the guard. We will head towards the Old Town and experience the historic charm of the biggest city on the Baltic coast: New Art Street, Saint Peter Church, Three Brothers (oldest dwelling houses in Riga), St. Jacob Church, the Parliament building, Swedish Gates etc.
Dinner at the restaurant La Boheme: this restaurant, located in the area of the embassies, is a symbol of luxury. Its warm and simple Scandinavian design is accompanied by jazz or light tunes of classical music.

Day four: Riga, Ozo Golf Club
Time for shopping in Riga: the main shopping area is the Old Town with major brands, e.g. Baldini, Boss, CK, Dolce & Gabbana etc.
Afterwards we will go to Ozo Golf Club which is the first 18-hole golf course in Latvia and is one of the most technologically advanced courses in Northern Europe. The 18 hole course has 16 ponds and 50 sand bunkers

Day five: Riga-Vilnius, Vilnius tour
After arriving Vilnius we will take a tour in the city. Vilnius is famous for its Medieval architecture and 48 churches. Sightseeing tour includes visiting platforms with a great panoramic view, walking in the Old Town and visiting the Vilnius Cathedral, the Gediminas Tower, the churches of St. Peter-Paul and St. Anne, the old university and the Gate of Dawn.

Day six: Vilnius, Le Méridien V Golf Club
We will go to Le Méridien V Golf Club, the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course has been constructed to U.S.G.A. specifications, with sand based fairways, and is the only PGA (Professional Golf Association) designed golf course in the Baltic states.
Dinner at Steakhouse Hazienda: The inner yard of the restaurant is the center of the Old Town and its beef is famous in the country.

Day seven: leaving Vilnius
After breakfast getting ready for the flight and then heading to the airport to return home.


Estonian Golf Info:
Estonian Golf & Country Club has a beautiful 18 hole Sea Course where a magnificent view opens to the sea. There is also a 9 hole Stone Course on the limestone plain, between junipers, reconstructed stone fences and heritage signs under national protection. These courses will amaze you.
 
Latvian Golf Info:
Ozo Golf Club is the first 18-hole golf course in Latvia - is one of the most technologically advanced courses in Northern Europe. The course with 16 ponds and 50 sand bunkers is designed by American Rob Swedberg. In 2002, Ozo Golf Club received an award as the Best Natural Architecture Project in Latvia. In 2005, the club received the Latvian National Sport facility status, becoming the main education and training center for the Latvian National teams.
 
Lithuanian Golf Info:
Le Méridien V Golf Club, situated among 350 acres of beautiful grounds and adjacent to Le Méridien Vilnius, the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course has been constructed to U.S.G.A. specification greens, complimented with sand based fairways, and is the only PGA (Professional Golf Association) designed golf course in the Baltic states.
